2023-2024 Advanced Study Academy (ASA) Transfer Forms: 

 

Decision Letters for Current 5^th Grade Students & Transfer Requests for Current PK-4^th & 6^th-11^th Grade Students 

The Decision Letter Form provides an opportunity for parents of current ASA 5^th grade students to request which ASA they would like their child to attend as a 6th grader during the 2023-2024 academic year. The links for the ASA Decision Letter form are also listed below. The links will remain active from January 20^th at 8:00 a.m. through January 31^st at 5:00 p.m. Below are also a few reminders about the ASA Decision Letter Form link required to submit a request:

A few reminders:

1. Submissions are time-sensitive and requests are approved on a first come first submitted basis, available seats permitted.

2. The forms will be online only and you can submit your requests beginning Friday, January 20^th at 8:00 a.m. through Tuesday, January 31^st  at 5:00 p.m.  If you need assistance submitting your form, please contact the ASA Admissions Office at 349-7792

3. The Decision Letter Form is for current 5^th graders only.

4. If you are requesting transfers for multiple 5^th grade children, you will need to submit a decision letter form (5^th Grade Only) for each child.

5. The only means for altering this choice will be to complete a First Five Days of School Transfer Request at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year. The First Five Days of School Transfer Request will be available at the beginning of the school year only.

TRANSFER REQUEST FORM LINKS FOR CURRENT PK-4^TH AND 6^TH – 11^TH GRADERS

The ASA Transfer Request Form provides an opportunity for a parent of current Pre-K-4^th and 6-11^th grade students to request a transfer from one ASA to another for the 2022-2023 academic year based on capacity. The links for the ASA Transfer Request form are listed below. The links will remain active from January 20^th at 8:00 a.m. through January 31^st at 5:00 p.m.  Below are a few reminders about the ASA Transfer Request link required to submit your request.
